I am on a work computer with limited Admin rights, which may be my issue. I am unable to connect to the PLC IDE. I have only 1 new COM port, and clicking "Download" under "Other" does not connect to the IDE. Any suggestions on what I can try to do to connect? I do have COM9 as a new port, and COM3 is active on something old, no other COM ports active. If I go under "On-Line", I can select "Set Up Communication" and active all three modes "successfully", but when I go to Download, it never works (I never get "Status" to update, never able to activate the PLC itself).
