The software acts as if the board isn't even there. here is the error

An error occurred while uploading the sketch

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

UPDATE: I found my board only supports mblock software but now I upload though the program won't initialise on the board ):
