Can't connect to the board, couldn't resolve the proxy issue

Hi,
I am using windows 10. I am unable to solve the proxy issue, which is not letting me upload my code to the board. I am dropping a screenshot for the same. I have installed Arduino create agent.
I just started using this today.

I hope you can help me get started. I couldn't find much help on google.
