Did you install the driver? If you look at the schematic, it seems to use a CH552T. Putting "CH552T driver" in google gives you (as one of the first links) https://wiki.sipeed.com/soft/maixpy/en/get_started/env_install_driver.html. You can take it from there.
Note: no experience with your board so might not be able to help further.
