Cant download Arduino Programmer with Windows 10

Hello!
I am new to arduino, and have tried to download the Arduino coding program. I have successfuly downloaded the program (I think). However, when I try to load the .exe program, it gives me a message (seen in pictures below). It says that the file is corrupted, or I need a new form of Java. So, I downloaded the latest version of Java, getting rid of all old versions. Yet, i still get the same message. I am running Windows 10 as ADMIN.
Thanks for the help,
Fli8s

You are here at arduino.cc
This is the download page : https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software
The Arduino IDE can be downloaded and installed.
This works best without any Java installed. I use JavaRa to remove every Java. https://singularlabs.com/software/javara/

Are you using the Arduino M0 Pro ? Or do you want to try the Arduino Studio ? What does Ableton has to do with Arduino ?

Hi,
What is the name of the program you are trying to run?

Tom....

Sorry.. not sure how ableton got in there;/ Im unsure as to what you mean by what program. Sorry I am still new to this

Can you please post screenshots of your arduino install problem? Or at least the errors?

Currently the screenshots appear to depict problems you're having pirating some other program, which isn't helpful to us - nor have you posted the exact text of any and all error messages - so we don;t have any information on which to base a suggested course of action.

Hi,

Im unsure as to what you mean by what program.

To program and upload to the arduino controllers, it is recommended you use the arduino IDE, Integrated Development Environment.

As Peter_n has pointed out.

You have not told us what program you are trying to run.
Do you have another computer running WIN 8 or better yet WIN 7 as the IDE has been proven to run with these OS.
