They are the small yellow-orange 0.1uf capacitors on the top-left of the board, 4 of them in a vertical row. I also have 10uf ones surrounding the 7805 voltage regulator and power switch, next to the USB port. Should they be closer to the microcontroller? I didn't think it would really matter for a relatively simple circuit like this one.
