cant find apc220 software

I ordered 2 apc220s,

I downloaded the rfmagic.rar, but I cant find the APC22X_V12A.exe

windows wont recognize .rar
am i missing something?
the driver successfully uploaded when i plugged in the apc220 to the computer.

Well it turns out the .rar is in a compressed format my computer couldnt recognize. Once I downloaded the program to unzip them im in business.
