Can't find Intel Galileo Gen1 Driver in Arduino v1.6.4

Hi,
I recently installed the latest version up to this post v1.6.4. I also downloaded Intel Galileo board software via Board manager as shown :

I can't find the driver as described in many discussions. I'm running Windows 8.1 x64. Your help is much appreciated.

As you can see, the board is seen as "Gadget Serial v2.4"

Thanks John. This folder doesn't exist on v1.6.4. That's why I posted the question. As a remedy, I resorted to searching for previous version (1.6.0) as zipped file and got the drivers from it.

I have uploaded them here so others may get it easily if they confronted same problem:

When I installed the ESP8266 support it landed here:
file:///Users/john/Library/Arduino15/packages/esp8266/

On Windows I think that would be something like:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Arduino15\packages\esp8266\

Have a look around there for a name like Intel, i586, or Galileo.
