Can't find the file in the directory in the directory where the file was found

Had a host of other anomalies akin to this, which seemed to go away after a reinstall. This I’m lost on…

Arduino: 1.6.6 (Windows 7), Board: “Arduino Pro or Pro Mini, ATmega328 (5V, 16 MHz)”

Unable to find C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\skimmer_2\skimmer_2.ino in C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\skimmer_2

Error compiling.

This report would have more information with
“Show verbose output during compilation”
enabled in File > Preferences.

Why is your sketch folder in C:\Program Files (x86)?

Why have you "upgraded" to the bleeding edge (i.e. not adequately tested) version of the IDE for a board that was perfectly well served by the 1.0.x versions of the IDE?

The code you are trying to compile?

Hi,

Suggestion, make a folder called

C:\Arduino Projects

And store ALL your projects in it.

Any Library file I placed in MyDocuments/Arduino/Lib it should already exist, made when the IDE was installed.

That way it is accessible by all versions of the IDE.

Tom.... :)

Trying all of the above. Thanks

Hi, Sorry..

MyDocuments/Arduino/libraries

Not lib

Tom...... :o
