Can't find the libraries for the ESP32 WROOM

I just had these libraries up and running earlier today, but due to some bugs in some of the sketches I decided to remove and reload the Arduino IDE. Now the program does not recognize my ESP32, but I can still see the link in the additional boards manager. I tried removing and typing it back in with no results. It will not even let me try to reload the library. Any ideas ?

Please provide a detailed description of what you mean by "the program does not recognize my ESP32" and "It will not even let me try to reload the library".
