I am trying to install the drivers on my Arduino Nano but it doesn't show up in the Device Manager. The cable came with it so there shouldn't be any problem with it. When I plug it into the PC it doesn't make any sound and it also doesn't show anything on the screen but a green LED turns on and a red one starts blinking
