Can't get BLE Bluetooth 4.0 CC2541 to work

Hi,

I'm trying to connect a BLE Bluetooth 4.0 CC2541 module to my Arduino Nano through the Arduino Nano expansion board.

I've wired everything correctly.
Here's what I'm experiencing.

1.) Can't upload to Arduino while RX pin is plugged in. ("Looks like it's a normal issue")
2.) I can pair to the device using my phone, but as soon as it's paired it disconnects.
3.) It doesn't return a result for any of the AT commands in the Serial Monitor.

I went to the supplier for a replacement and it's giving me the same issue.
Any help would be appreciated. :slight_smile:
