I've done a sketch on an atmega328, it works in the arduino uno board but on my breadboard it won't oscilate, I have one osc pin high and the other low, no oscillation, Any ideas ?
found the problem, I didn't cut all the way through a track on the vero board with my drill bit.
Been there ... done that ...
Experience has taught me that it saves time to examine every cut with a magnifying glass and to scrape clear the gap between every solder point and the adjacent traces.
