You have never said "Yes, I AM running the processing application that is supposed to talk to the Arduino", so, we can only surmise that you are NOT running the processing application that is supposed to respond to the request to supply the time.
In reply # 17, I included the sketch I am running on my Arduino. Are you saying there needs to be an additional application that resides on the PC that talks to the Arduino in order for the date and time to be synchronized?

Well, if you should happen to wander by anyway, you might want to re-read replies #1, 7, 9, 13, 16, 18, and 20. All of them ask questions about the application that you are running on the PC, or state that you need to be running an application on the PC.
I don't see what you are upset about. I've tried to help you. I've done everything I could short of coming to your house and starting the application on the PC for you.
