Can't install drivers for Uno

Hi, I was hoping for some help as I have spend hours trying to get the drivers to work but I don't seem to be able to do it. I'm probably doing something really stupid so if someone could point that out that would be great.

I have been trying to follow this: http://riverembedded.hackhut.com/2011/12/28/my-arduino-uno-rev-3-and-windows-7-64-bit-installation-unknown-device/

Images of what I'm doing. Help - Album on Imgur

It comes up with Access is denied.
I don't really know what to do now, any help would be appreciate.
Thanks Fin

Be sure that you downloaded the latest Arduino 1.5.5 BETA , the drivers from the older installations have an expired certificate.

I spent days and days trying..try this..type in msconfig in the search for files or folders window. Make sure that the normal start up is selected...then go into bios and tic allow unsigned drivers...then go back and point windows to the .inf file
