I’m new in this forum and up to now not familar with ARDUINO programming. So I decided to install Visual Studio 2012 on my Windows7 notebook to start learning with a debugging tool.
In my first attempt the serial ports where not shown and not available. As described in http://arduino.cc/en/Guide/Windows and the troubelshooting I installed the drivers for my UNO board manualy (“ArduinoUNO.inf”). Now this problem is solved but in the “File>New” menue “Arduino project” does not appear any more as before.
ARDUINO seems to be embedded as in the “TOOLS>Options>Visual Micro” menue the path for the ARDUINO application is corrrect and in the “TOOLS>ARDUINO” menue the boards and tools etc. can be selected.
What can I do?
