Cant select a com port on the web editor

Dear all,

I've been trying to upload some sketches from the web editor to my DUE and suddenly I'm not able to select a com port any more at the option "Select Other Board & Port".
I tried to select a port on the desktop IDE and that works fine. Can anyone help me with this problem?
The device manager on my pc does not show any problems with the driver. Stopping the firewall did not help.

Usually thats an issue with an incomplete install in some form.

You didn't mention the OS or many other details so I will hold off giving wasted advice JIC i give it for the wrong OS.

Some info we need:

• OS as @ballscrewbob suggests
• browser
• was the installation of the plugin successful?
• what port of the DUE are you using, programming or native?
• what do you see in the board dropdown (see attachment)
