I tried selecting Atmega328p(old bootloader) and burning the bootloader again but it still doesn't work

Do you have anything connected to the Nano's RX pin?

Have you tried the 168 option?

yeah!! i using arduino uno to burn. and i tried with 168 option.

yes i thought so. but I double checked and even removed the solder jumper and it's still the same
