Can't upload my Arduino code to my Arduino XD

hello everybody,

first, I want to excuse me for my bad English!

Here's my problem:
A few days ago I "reactivated" my Arduinos, and if I now want to upload code to my Arduinos (UNO R3, pro mini) there came the error report (look for them in attachments). I try some solutions on the internet but none of these seems to work. I use as OS Debian Jessie(Linux). And what is for me inexplicable is that a few weeks ago everything just work great!!! So I have no plan whats going wrong!

There are no attachments.

You should always post errors as text directly on the forum using code tags (</> button on the toolbar). And whatever you do, don't ever post screenshots of text. This will make it much more likely for you to quickly get assistance to solve your problem.
