Can't upload my projct to Arduino Uno

Hello!
Recently my Arduino uno board from a certain china online store (starts with A) arrived.
Sadly, it seems that I can't upload any projects to it. I can see the COM3 port and the board.
These are my specs and the error message, I've tried everything in the troubleshoot page.

OS: Win10 64b
Board: WAVGAT(WVACAT on front) Arduino Uno r3(powered with usbm, ch340g)

Are you using a USB3 port? If so, don't, that chip does not like USB3.
No
When you remove the UNO, does the COM port get removed from the IDE?
Yes
Have you tried a new USB lead, the Aliexpress ones are crap.
Yes
Have you restarted your computer? If not, the CH340 driver MAY not work correctly.
I'm going to try to reset it one more time after finishing the post. Also, I've tried reinstalling the drivers, maybe I've screwed up somthin'.
Have you tried other USB ports on your computer?
Yes
Have you tried another computer?
Yes

Also, while using the serial port monitor after sending random text the TX led flashes briefly, after sending:

  digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, HIGH);   // turn the LED on (HIGH is the voltage level)
  delay(1000);

The led flashes for a longer time (around 1/3 of a second)

And after sending the whole script:

/*
  Blink

  Turns an LED on for one second, then off for one second, repeatedly.

  Most Arduinos have an on-board LED you can control. On the UNO, MEGA and ZERO
  it is attached to digital pin 13, on MKR1000 on pin 6. LED_BUILTIN is set to
  the correct LED pin independent of which board is used.
  If you want to know what pin the on-board LED is connected to on your Arduino
  model, check the Technical Specs of your board at:

  This example code is in the public domain.

  http://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/Blink
*/

// the setup function runs once when you press reset or power the board
void setup() {
  // initialize digital pin LED_BUILTIN as an output.
  pinMode(LED_BUILTIN, OUTPUT);
}

// the loop function runs over and over again forever
void loop() {
  digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, HIGH);   // turn the LED on (HIGH is the voltage level)
  delay(1000);                       // wait for a second
  digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, LOW);    // turn the LED off by making the voltage LOW
  delay(1000);                       // wait for a second
}

the led flashes for 1.5 seconds, but this is not a continous shine, but rather mulitiple flashes happening in short succesion.

Yep, after resetting my pc still, cant upload.

I'll try it out!
Thanks!

It worked!

I am very thankful for you sir, wish I could repay you somehow.
Maybe the admins should pin this post to the top of the topic or add the section aboud downloading the driver thingies from aliexpress.

Have a nice day!
