Cant upload new code...because my esplora is stuck!

I have no idea what I did....

When I plug in the espora its as though I'm holding down the "l" and "m" on the keyboard. No buttons or actions on the esplora change this repeating "lmlmlmlmlmlmlmlmlmllmllmlmlmlmlmlmlmlml"

Because its as though these keys are held down I cant upload new code.

How do I fix this?

Where are you reading the "lm"? In the IDE? Serial monitor?

Give a better description of what you are doing, how it is connected and what is happening.

Can you hold down the restart button and release just before upload?

Does the device manager show it as a keyboard or arduino? If its a keyboard, delete the driver (make sure you do not delete your actual keyboard driver) and reinstall the .inf from the Arduino/Drivers folder.

If you hold down Reset it won't type anything. Then wait until you actually start uploading, then release Rest.
