can't upload progarm

which programmer i should select for uno ?? i tried with "arduino ISP"
while burning boot loader to my uno board it's showing { below } ,
and also i cant upload any program to my board :frowning: :frowning:
please help me to fix the problem.

Why are you trying to load the boot loader?

You should select exactly that type of programmer that you have connected to your board.

This selection would be correct if you were using a second Arduino UNO board to burn a bootloader or sketch on another Arduino UNO.

The Arduino that will be used as the ISP programmer will need to have the "ArduinoISP" sketch on it.

Which tutorial/instructions did you follow to use one Arduino board with the "ArduinoISP" sketch to program another Arduino board?

And why do you want to upload a new bootloader / sketch with an ISP programmer?
Doesn't upload using the Arduino serial bootloader work well for you?
