Cant upload program through Bluetooth

Hello,

I am trying to upload program into ATmega644P through BT module Rayson BMT-112 and Arduino IDE. I uploaded atmega644p bootloader and established a BT connection, but when I try to upload a program from Arduino IDE it cant be uploaded. No error message appears, just "Uploading to I/O Board..." and there it stays until I interrupt it (I try to wait more than 30 minutes; simply Blink program). Know somebody what can be wrong?

I would guess that either the Auto Reset is not implemented and/or the baud rate is wrong for the bootloader.

How can I find out and fix it? (I downloaded this http://code.google.com/p/arduino-atmega644/source/browse/bootloaders/atmega644p/ATmegaBOOT_644P.hex?r=b690b4ed5a853a418d2719d521b98a4346270be0).
