My arduino internal led( the one next to TX and RX) keeps blinking and I cannot upload any program to it. I tried to reset it, and it doesn't work?
The OS is windows XP and arduino is duemilanove
can anyone help me?

OK, so you're basically saying: "It doesn't work". I'm sorry for that.
Is there anything else you'd like to let us know, maybe what kind of OS you have and so on? Remeber, there are quite a lot of aruino variants out there as well. It might be helpful to let us know which one you have, in case you expect us to give meaningful answers.
