Can't upload projects

I am using an Arduino Mega 2560 with Arduino IDE version 1.0.6, on a windows 8.1 computer 64-bit. Every time I try to upload a project, I get this:

I had it configured to COM3 and working before. Now it just doesn’t want to work. All helpful responses will be appreciated!

Arduino boards have a tendency to change their ports when they are reconnected.

You can have a look in your Device Manager to see the port that it is assignes currently.
