Trying to upload sketch for bootloader on Ender 3.This is the error message. Is there a workaround for this? It says I can use -F but where and is it advisable?

First select the Uno/Nano/mini/mega you are trying to load the ArduinoISP sketch into.

Then select the Sanguino 1284p, ATmega1284P to either burn bootloader or Sketch: Upload using programmer using Arduino as ISP.

This is exactly what I've been doing when I get the error message.

Looks like you have atmega1284p selected while still trying to upload the ArduinoISP sketch.
