So i was just working fine with my arduino uno . And now i always get a error uploading any sketches (Error listed below). I dont know what is wrong . The pin 13 led is working fine and ofcourse the ON led is also working but when i upload any sketch , it gets stuck for 2 minutes on the UPLOADING prompt and then I get this error-
