Cant Upload To My Arduino Uno

I have been able to upload to this board before, I have the right board and port selected. I have tried uploading to thus board on a mac and on a windows computer and both times I got the same error message. I tried uploading the example HelloWorld sketch and got this error code:

Arduino: 1.8.5 (Windows 8.1), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"

Sketch uses 1900 bytes (5%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32256 bytes.
Global variables use 59 bytes (2%) of dynamic memory, leaving 1989 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

To add as I forgot to, I have tried doing the Loop test and it failed each time. I have tried burning a bootloader and it kept failing with this error:

Arduino: 1.8.5 (Mac OS X), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"

Error while burning bootloader.

I have also tried using another uno as an ArduinoISP and still no luck at fixing this one.
