you can't share the pin you are using for SPI chip select (CS) on the SPI device with the enable (E) pin on lcd2.
You can share pins between devices,
but you can never share hd44780 enable (E) pins or SPI chip select (CS) pins between devices.
If you wanted to share a few more pins between your hd44780 devices, you could share the RS pins between all the lcds to free
up two pins.
