Can't write to my arduino 2560

I have an arduino mega 2560 with a small lcd. I can't write to it anymore because of this:https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4sWqVO822-GU0tlLWRkUmgyX3c/edit?usp=sharing. Can anyone help? I only have options for bluetooth, which my arduino doesn't have.

I should also note, I've reinstalled my FTDI drivers numerous times and rebooted my computer
