Canvassing for ideas with parts from a 7 year old camera

I just took apart my wifes 7 year old digital camera. I have salvaged the old parts which include the attached pictures.

Does anyone have any interesting projects they could suggest that could be made with those parts?

make a camera again ? e.g. with some servo's it can become a safety cam?
