Capacitance meter

Hello Forum,

I am currently using an Arduino Uno to measure picofarad capacitors. I want to use a WIFI Arduino board, however i believe it has a different internal capacitance and pull up resistance than in Arduino UNO. Does anyone knows how to know that values for the WIFI board?
