CapSense: how to design scroll wheel ?

Hi,

I'm using CapSense and am quite satisfied with results. Now I'd like to create scroll wheel...
It says in CapSense description that :

Scroll Wheels (well, slide pots anyway)

Experiments with a slide pot type linear sensor have been successful with just two pins and a resistance ladder. The basic layout is shown in the Quantum Scrollwheel sensor datasheet.

I cannot find that datasheet or at least couldn't find resistance ladder schematic.

Does anyone have any more information/experience on how to design scrooll wheel or slider with this principle ?
