Capsense library battery powered but without the need for strange grounding?

Hello!

Is there a way the capsense library from arduino can be run from a battery without the need for a seperate ground.

I have a touch piano that works fine from USB power, but needs somebody else to hold a wire attached to ground to function when run from a battery.

No. You have a hardware problem, how could a software library possibly cure that?
