If your LED produces a colour that is roughly like the colour of the sky how will anyone be able to prove that it is wrong? The colour of the sky changes frequently.
And any artist (or expert in colour) will tell you that our perception of colour is hugely influenced by the surrounding colours. All the pixels in the sky are surrounded by more sky pixels. A single LED will always be viewed alongside other colours.
