Car boost gauge sensor selection

Hi, I'm making a boost gauge for my car and a bit stuck with sensors selection.
Common candidates for similar projects I found are MPX5700AP and MPX4250AP.

Here are the key params:
MPX5700AP: 2.18 PSI ~ 101.53 PSI, error ±2.5%
MPX4250AP: 2.9 PSI ~ 29.01 PSI, error ±1.5%

The first one has a great pressure range, but a 2.5% error, second one's pressure range isn't enough for me, as I need something that can show a relative boost of up to 20 PSI, so ideal operating range is 2.9-36 PSI.

The 2.5% error margin is quite big, so a reading of say 15 PSI is in fact somewhere between 14.6 and 15.4 PSI, so I'm looking for something more accurate. E.g. this one MPXH6250AC6U.

MPXH6250AC6U: 2.9 PSI ~ 36.26 PSI, error ±1.5%

What puzzles me is that I couldn't find any other DIY boost gauge projects using this sensor, so maybe there's a reason why no one used it that I'm missing? Or should I just go for it?

Thanks in advance!

Also I would be very grateful if someone could explain, what "Z" stands for in the name of those filters, e.g.
MPXH_Z_6250A and MPXH6250A. Only difference I've found from datasheet was that ones with "Z" have "Media resistant" in their title, but that's about it.

update
okay, found another datasheet for MPX4250A, this one lists operating pressure 2.9-36 PSI. Hm...
