Hello, I’m a student and this year graduating, Im making arduino adaptive headlight system prototype to control height axis and side turning axis, Ive already made a code for my components I was using a 2 servos with potentiometers to control each axis and additionally Ive added auto high beam function. Ive need help of making a prototype model for demonstration how it should work. Does anybody have any ideas how to do it. I would be grateful for your advice
Define the size, and your vision of "prototype." For example, devices connected on a solderless breadboard can be a prototype. Some prefer soldering on perfboard. Some prefer bespoke circuit cards. Maybe make a drawing of your idea in its complete form, and a prototype form.
Yes, I will solder it to the board but the main question is how to mount the servo motors to a lense to improvise the simulation
Hopefully that prototype will not be driven on the road as there are a lot of requirements on head lights in the US and many other countries. Do some checking I have vague memory of something like that about 20 or so years ago.
You could 3D print something. I just googled
3d printed headlight aiming servo gimbal
and
pan and tilt servo gimbal
I don't know what you mean to do that involves the lense lens.
