Car / rewriting all systems

The car is working on an "Arduino nano" since 3 Years.
Arduino nano take car of :

  • Exaust temp
  • Lambda sensor
  • Ignition Coil (+12V)
  • ACC
  • KeyPad Code "in-car" to unlock car
  • Motor starter (Seleniod)

Now, the box fuses is out of order, i can't start my car.
The cable in the box, (See attachement), are cutted or damaged, this is due to the angle of labor of the wires, once the closed box
So, sometimes, i lost assisted direction or ACC.
I do not speak either, of electric lines grouped in a rear headlight, which are damaged.

Edit: I can start my car, with boot clamps, one on the + of battery, the other on seleniod.
I'm going to replace box fuses with wire-fused :

I've worked in car modification for somes years, on Vito, Kangoo, Logan, ... Used for frigorific use.
All wire will be protected with everithing needed. (sheath heat ...)

Edit 2:

I presume the modified car will not be used on public roads?

Who would go to all that trouble for a car they are not going to drive ?

I would be very surprised if a car that has been completely rewired for computer control would be legal for use on public roads. I'm sure you don't wish to encourage people to drive illegal vehicles and risk injuring people or property.

After 3 years without any problems, i can say:
Doing that on a car with ESP, ABS ... Can be very dangerous. But my car haven't anything like that.
If the engine stop on the road (ever get it, Ground of car damaged and burned) you can safely drive to the parking lane.
With experience i can say:
Could you imagine, a citroen C3, 1.4i, on highway, with the motor of the direction assisted locked (True!).
You can drive only ... straight ahead.

A system like that, is dangerous ! there is no release on the motor ...
