car steering and movement control over wifi

i am a noob in coding.i am preparing a project for which require to operate a car remotely by wifi.
i have used 2 high torque dc motor by L298N motor control boardand using differential steering .i can get codes which i feed in arduino for movement but control are preset.i have an ESP 12e wifi module which i want to connect to arduino uno board to control the motor.
i need the program codes and the pin arrangement for doing the same .
So basically i want the code for controlling the speed and direction of motor over wifi tcp.

The code for controlling the motors is exactly the same as the code would be if there were wires involved. What is sent over why fi is commands that tell the Arduino to perform some action. Turning left is an action; the procedure for turning left does NOT depend on why the action needs to be performed.

here is the two program which i got for motor control over wifi and esp8266 wifi web server.can anyone merge and correct it so it works with arduino uno,esp 12e and l298n motor controller.attaching the programs
