Hello, I would want to do a shutter for a videoprojector. Several persons are ever done this object with an Arduino Uno Card, a DMX controler.... I would want to know if it's necessary to create a program to use this card, or if I can use it without that. Thank you very much for your help JuJu

Yes without a program the Arduino does nothing.

But still draws current.
