I need to build a jacket with lililypad and a cardio pulse sensor sewed at the height of the heart in order to get cardio pulse and transmit via BT to an Android phone.
Can someone tell me roughly how to proceed?

Don't hijack another topic, better to start your own.
What are you using for a sensor? Cardio signal is pretty low level electrically speaking, that's why you see sensors taped to chests to pick it up, it is then amplified into a usable level for processing. What are your plans there?
