In high school, I'm preparing a project. I want to do an experiment where I make a watch connected with different systems such as heart rate, body temperature and fall detector with email or sms sending. I have seen many experiments on it, but I don't know exactly what equipment I should use.
If you can enlighten me and advise me on how to buy the best kit.

Not much to go on. What "kits" have you researched? And what kits have you discarded and why?
