Like to build cat elevator. It needs to know only one of two cats (the right one) is in elevator to work. What is best sensor. Weight, rifd tag?
Rfid ought to be good. Hopefully the cat and its tag is detected reliably. Cats can change in weight…..
Don't use weight, or after an encounter with your neighbour's garden hose your cat won't be able to go back home.
What if both cats enter?
Rfid is best, but what color are the cats, can you differentiate them by appearance?

besides, cats don't like to type, they prefer that there is a mouse.

but the rpi would be better if you need the camera.

cat-a-gorinzing to get
paws-a-tive results
not sure of the elevator, but why not just let any cat take a ride ?
you could have the call button be rfid so the cat with the rfid tag can call from the top or bottom.

it is a bit of a work-around
first you have to post the attachment and post it to the forum.
then copy the address of the attatchment.
then modify your post and on the menu of options in the center is the picture icon
you click that and get a drop down
that is where you past the link to the picture you uploaded earlier.
now save your post.
since the link has to exist, you have to go through the posting of the attachment, save that post
copy the address, modify the post....
I assume you know that modify is on the bottom right, under more.......
seems that C++ is more intuitive !
