CAT M1/NB IoT Shield on Portenta-X8

Hello, I am looking for user manual & driver for enabling Portenta CAT M1/NB-IoT GNSS Shield on Portenta-X8. I don't see any entry under /dev related to the modem on Portenta X8 linux. Any help would be largely appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out.

Currently the Cat M1/NB IoT Shield is supported for the Portenta H7.

However, you can take advantage of the Cat M1/NB IoT module integrating the Portenta Max Carrier which fits perfectly with the Portenta X8 and the H7.

I have the same question.
Is the Cat M1/NB IoT Shield still only supported by the Portenta H7?

I have a project idea which requires a small setup, and I think
the Portenta X8 in combination with the Cat Shield would be great.
