Hello, im new in arduino boards, i made a code try ti compile it but it says this:

So i downloaded random code and try to compile it too, but same error happens again!
I need fast answer i tried to reinstall and delete files in AppData/Local and Roaming, but it won't work!!!
Using newest IDE and windows 8.1 pro.

Uninstall and remove C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino if present.

No such a file found. I just deleted it again and installed it, same error.

Does the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\arduino-builder.exe exist?

There are no folder named Arduino in C:/Program Files (x86).
