CE and RoHS certification - Do I need?

I want to selling Arduino clone boards in Europe. Do I need have CE and RoHS?

This is not the place to get answers to questions about legal requirements. Most Governments have agencies that provide assistance for small businesses and that would probably be a good place to seek advice.

My guess is that you do need CE certification. I know nothing about RoHS.

Robin2 makes a great statement ... we do not do legal advise in the forums.

However, I had a lots of experience in a prior life around RoHS and things can get very ugly if you try and circumvent these laws on newly manufactured commercial products.
