I am trying to make a cell phone signal jammer using arduino for my college project. can anyone help me with that?

Is that even legal?

Many folk here might be reluctant to be seen to be aiding and abetting some kind of communications law-breaking......

Lucky for me, I have no idea how to do that 8)

Mmm, I think "No" and No.

Fortunately for everyone, if you think an Arduino would in some way be related to such a project, you clearly have no relevant knowledge whatsoever and so may it remain.

When you grow up, you may learn a bit more.
