CH340G Driver for NodeMCU, Installation Failure

Hi, good evening. Actually, I'm trying to connect my NodeMCU ESP8266 to my computer to upload the Arduino coding. But, I can't find the port. I know I need to install the driver. I need to install the CH340G driver. So, I got the driver from HERE. But, it told me Driver Install Failure .

Then, I downloaded another one from HERE . It told me that it is already preinstalled in advance. But, when I check on my Device Manager and Arduino port, it is still not available. My PC is Windows 10 btw.

I need to upload my coding ASAP. Please help me :frowning: Thank you.

Are there any 'unknown devices' when you plug in the NodeMCU?

Nope, nothing

Nope, nothing :frowning:

That is expected behaviour and correct.

Make sure you are not using a charge-only cable that does not carry the data signals. If you connect that cable to a PC and e.g. a phone, does the PC recognise the phone?

Yes, it recognizes my phone. I always used it to transfer files from my phone and I also used it for Arduino before.

As a far-out possibility:
