Many people don't realize that 'insert media' applies to YouTube videos. More often than not, they wind up posting a link to the video rather than just inserting the video. You could change 'insert media' to 'insert media or youtube link'
I have to agree but tbh, links to youtube videos rather than youtube videos is quite nice. Keeps the page tidy and the page loading faster.
