How is it possible to see what has changed (version history) when a newer version of library or board is available on the library / boards manager preferably before updating?
You could do the "MORE INFO" which will take to usually to the GIT repo so you can see what has changed.
On windows the second click on that will jump to the relevant web page.

Recently the Arduino AVR boards 1.6.20 was released. Doing more info, just takes you to the arduino.cc home page...
